The Welshman, who has worked with Jamaican batsman Rovman Powell and Nkrumah Bonner to name a few, has formulated the online platform that allows players from around the world to upload and send in a video to his website after which the former Glamorgan coach then studies the footage and then quickly offers feedback to correct their technical faults."
Toby Radford is going global in a bid to help cricketers during the coronavirus lockdown.
The former Glamorgan and Middlesex head coach, who also helped West Indies win the T20 World Cup in 2012, has launched a one-to-one online programme to ensure players are ready when sport resumes.
The pandemic is set to wreak havoc on the English cricket season. But the 48 year old will study footage sent online from all over the world before replying with advice.
Radford said "It's taken off straight away. Now is the perfect time for batsmen to put their game in order for when the season begins".
Radford played a major part in West Indies beating England at Headingley in 2018, and again in the Caribbean a year later. That came after a nine-hour meeting to plot the win.
And his work was backed by West Indies captain Jason Holder. He said "Toby is very strong at identifying batting faults and quick to come up with solutions. He has helped me a lot with my batting."
